A number of fanclub members met at Brotzeit, Vivocity, to celebrate Christmas and to bid farewell to 2016, a year all VfB Stuttgart fans would like to wipe from their memories due to the clubs relegation to 2. Bundesliga.

Not only did we bid farewell to 2016, but also to our Treasurer Francesco. And, like we will welcome 2017, hopefully with an immediate move back to 1.Bundesliga for VfB Stuttgart, we welcomed his successor Gerhard as well as our new Vice President Sandra (succeeding Dirk, who unfortunately could not attend the Xmas Party):

Other highlights of the evening included the unveiling of the new Fanclub flag as well as a quiz game. In this fast paced battle of wits and knowledge the contestants had to answer 15 questions ranging from the foundation years of VfB Stuttgart to the current season. In the end, the lucky winners were Kerstin and Kathrin, sharing first and second prices rather than battling out a winner in the tie breaker.

After over 4 hours with lots of fun and Glühwein the party disbanded and 1. VfB Stuttgart Fanclub Asia (Singapore) is looking forward to 2017!
